This game has unused animations.
Bully changes up the usual violent setting of Grand Theft Auto and sets the action at a boarding school with cliques replacing gangs and bottle rockets replacing guns, even though it attracted a lot of controversy from parental and anti-bullying groups. Despite how rushed it was in the end, it is still considered to be quite a fun title and a change of pace, even for longtime Grand Theft Auto fans.

During Halloween, Pinky was intended to have a wand with her costume. A model and texture sheet exist within the files. Interestingly, the texture sheet is absent from Scholarship Edition.
A bunch of default clothing textures with the filename's text overwritten on them used as placeholders.
SurfTest.bnk contains a text-to-speech voice reading off materials used inside of Bully. Most likely used for surface testing, judging by the filename.

When the game first came out to the public, the game had some changes in later copies like bug fixes and objectives. Those revisions are present in Scholarship and Anniversary Edition.

The game in Europe is called Canis Canem Edit, so almost all instances of Bully were changed to Canis Canem Edit.
The logo was chaged in the intro.
The Loading Icons spell out "B-U-L-L-Y" in the American version while it shows different variations of the Bullworth Academy Shield logo in the European and Japanese versions.
