College Football USA '97 was the last EA college football game on the Genesis.

Much like High Score's NHL 96 and College Football USA '96, almost all teams in the game have their stadiums listed, even though this information is never used in gameplay. However there are spelling mistakes, and one school never had its stadium and mascot defined!

Only teams with notable spelling or other mistakes are listed for space reasons. Almost all of these were present in College Football USA '96. Also listed is the Division 1AA mascot information, which is never displayed in game.

The University of the Pacific was in College Football USA '96, but they dropped their football program after the 1995 season.
