Why English title when only released in Korea

So according to the guidelines of this site, if a game was only released in one region you should use the proper name and region specific name (e.g. If it was Japan only, use the Japanese name).

I know this game was released internationally outside Korea on PS2, but not on PC, so is it neccessary to change this so that the Windows version page has the Japanese/Korean name on both page and bobscreen, but have the English title on the aka section (I've seen this with Mega Man & Bass for example, where SNES version has JP name and GBA version has English name). --TCRFJNPoop (talk) 00:25, 18 January 2021 (BST)

Well, worst-case did happen, apparently. v: Sorry, man. I thought it was a good idea, at least.
Now, to investigate this Rockman & Forte naming inconsistency…
