Unused armour texturing and modeling

Fiora isn't the only character with unused texturing inside their models. No, most of the characters have a few sets of armour with unseen textures. For instance, pants usually have their top and bottom holes modeled and textured. My theory is that equipment was going to be viewable on some menu at one point, as many outfits that are textured fully are the ones used in protos or developed early. Unused Nopon

I could be wrong, but aren't both the billboard Nopon and Bana with Riki's textures used? The Nopon seen in the far background of the cutscene where Dunga announces the Heropon of the year are billboards, which amusingly results in several copies of the Nopon Sage being present in the crowd, and during the cutscene where Bana reveals he was the mastermind behind the illegal caviar trade, he has an angry facial expression. I know BRRESviewer doesn't properly display the proper transparencies for the Nopon's face textures, and it's likely the developers just copied and pasted Riki's angry face textures into Bana's files. --Iggy (talk) 16:56, 21 February 2016 (EST)

Nope, Bana actually has the orange bits in his textures for that model as well. You are correct about the Nopon, however. My mistake. Robotortoise (talk) 19:33, 22 February 2016 (EST)

"Unused cutscene background" may be used

I believe the cutscene background of the photograph of Dunban, Dickson, and Mumkhar on a desk may be used here. - AmiableNebula (talk) 20:08, 12 January 2017 (PST)

Good eye. My mistake! Robotortoise (talk) 17:36, 13 January 2017 (EST)

re: Lambert

"Lambert" is the name of a common shader in computer graphics. It's possible that all the "lambert"s found in model hexes are references to the shader, not the character. Which then leads me to a second question: Was this character intended solely to test an implementation of the Lambert shader? I don't think we can know but it's curious.
