Atari's popular series of 8-bit microcomputers. The 400 was the first model, released in 1979, and was somewhat-counterintuitively released alongside the 800, which had a nicer keyboard and no other differences (although it would later be shipped with more RAM). The computer range was fairly successful, but it's not especially well-known for its range of games compared to its contemporaries and was discontinued in 1992.

This category collectively covers the Atari 400, 800, 1200XL, 600XL, 800XL, 65XE (800XE in some parts of Europe), 130XE, and XEGS (a consoleified version of the 65XE).
