This page details one or more prototype versions of Hamtaro: Ham-Hams Unite!.
Within the Nintendo leaks of 2020 were debug builds of Hamtaro: Ham-Hams Unite!, which were found at the path CGB\B86__ハム太郎 2\Master\. Extract the zip files within US and EU folders, and look for the files named ham2usa_d.bin and ham2eur_d.bin. There is also a Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Heartbreak build in this directory ("ham2_0529"), but it is identical to the final game save for two bytes in the header area.

- Shows build dates upon starting or continuing the game. The ROMs have the same build dates as found in retail dumps, however (at the locations listed here). Copyright notices are moved to 0x1179F (US), 0x117AE (EU).
