Check Your Reputation

At the world map, enter the Warren's Report option. Hit any button until you see Warren's menu and the timer. Now, using the second controller, quickly press:
Up, Right, Down, Left, Y,

Up, Left, Down, Right, X,

Up, Right, Down, Left, L,

Up, Left, Down, Right, R,

Up, Down, Up, Down, B,

Left, Right, Left, Right, A,

Select, Select, Start, Start,

A, A, A, A, A, A, A.

Now, wait until the last digit of the timer (the seconds) shows the number 9 and press the B button on controller 2. If done right, a fifth option will appear in Warren's menu which will let you see your reputation among the countries.

Anti-Piracy

At bootup, the game will perform an SRAM test to verify that exactly 8KB of SRAM is present. If the test fails, all options on the title screen except for the tutorial will be greyed-out, making it impossible to start or load a game. Cartridge copiers typically contain more SRAM in order to support a wide variety of games which trips the anti-piracy measure.
