Can/Should I list the differences between the iOS version and the regular release version? Chaossy - The Computer Geek (talk) 15:14, 12 December 2013 (EST)

I suppose so, if it fits. MightyKombat (talk) 09:23, 13 December 2013 (EST)

Previous game leftovers

Unused content in the game is from GTA Vice City. In the txd file there is the intro txds, like Vice Beach, outside Ken's office, the Greetings from Vice City card and splash screens. And also, there is some extra txds in there, such as unused dialog stuff, and LD_BUM which has baby CJ (?) and someone picking up dropped soap. --Jetfire77 (talk) 00:46, 14 January 2014 (EST)

Hidden/Unused Interiors

Here is a link to the interiors and how to reach them. Smokenweewalt (talk) 15:10, 20 April 2014 (EDT)

Here's the complete list herewhat I assumed that Hyman Memorial Stadium from Vice City was there according to thisand it was likely a leftover from GTA Vice City since SA was modified from Vice City with updated engine. (?) Jiterdomer (talk) 17:12, 2 May 2014 (EDT)

Cut Mission Leftovers

According to this video, a lot of the information on these cut missions is mostly based on speculation. It would probably be a good idea for someone to actually get the actual stuff that IS there up on the page. TheBluegeek (talk)TheBluegeek

FBI Car

Isn't the brown car in the cutscene a Washington? No way it's the FBI Car since the body is different and the roof is very tall just like the cutscene Washington. DJThanos (talk)

Regional Differences: German

Don't know about other European versions, but I know that in the German version you can't kick/beat directly at anyone who is on the floor. Killing someone doesn't yield any money. I heard uncensored versions, people can lose limbs and head (if attacked by chainsaw) but this doesn't happen in the German version. --Mugg1991 (talk) 11:48, 15 August 2019 (EDT)

I take it this happens in all versions released in Europe if languages are changed to German. In III and VC one can go around those by changing the System Language and the game (text) language in English. --PSXDRIVERPLAYER OUT. (talk) 12:26, 15 August 2019 (EDT)
in fact I found a source related to censorship that has the German version of GTA SA, I leave the source: https://www.schnittberichte.com/schnittbericht.php?ID=3163 --LUIS FER (talk) 21:54, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
Is that for SLES-52927 (actual German release with English/German languages) or for SLES-52541 (General European version also including German)? As far as I know censoring happens the same with both. Better not to quote me though. Interstingly some GTA's have their own German release, despite the General European already having German. Hmm. --PSXDRIVERPLAYER OUT. Censor flag

So... I have been wondering recently on how exactly the mods disable the censorship on the first version of the game. Other pages on this Wiki usually states and shows what and how is being changed (for example in .ini files, boolean values are used [0 or 1], to enable or disable something). So... what is it changed on the game's save file that disables the censorship (e.g. enables Hot Coffee)?
Is it a single byte change, or is there more to it? I spent a while trying to find how exactly the patch works, but I couldn't find anything. Most results are explanations to the controversy and no explanation on how the mod actually work.
I think one way that this could be discovered is by comparing a fresh-new save file with the censorship and compare to a fresh-new save file without the censorship. Gabrielwoj (talk) 21:47, 25 November 2020 (UTC)

Leaked Scripts

Given that the scripts were found in the remaster but originate from the development of the original game, I think the info should be collected on a development page. TheBluegeek (talk) 21:08, 19 November 2021 (UTC)
