Unfinished Song
I'm pretty sure the unfinished song plays when at the results screen when you play a Mario Bros match w/ download play. --Oaa 11:16, 4 June 2011 (EDT)
- Yes, In fact. It is the hidden intro for it. Because if you were to put the files together, it's a "perfect fit" --SuperSomari 12:47. 25 August 2012
- [1] I have posted a link with the full "finished song" ~SuperSomari
- Neither the fact you edited them together nor that they're a "perfect fit" actually means they're supposed to go together. -WarioBarker 23:02, 25 August 2012 (EDT)

"This is in the Mario Bros. sound bank and is unfinished, although it may be the beginning of the multiplayer results theme (see below)." ...but there's nothing below. What happened there? ⬡ 01:26, 22 April 2013 (EDT)
Unused voices
There's a voice clip of Robirdo saying, "I'm gonna finish you off!" (like all the Robirdo voice clips, it's the same clip of Red Birdo with a filter effect applied) and Wart saying, "Ooh, you're (ribbit) tough!" Wart's death cry was also cut slightly short in the game, the full voice clip had one last, quiet "ribbit". — NES Boy 14:43, 1 February 2013 (EST)
- Add them then if you can rip or record them.--MathUser 15:58, 1 February 2013 (EST)
I think there was a Debug Menu, please help me recovering my memory
I remember that someone found a simple debug menu featuring NES SMB2 font. If I remember correctly, the code and screenshot was hosted on a website powered by Google Site, and the site also contained the information of Kirby and the Amazing Mirror's debug room. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name or URL of the site, and I never saved or tested the code. Purplebridge001 04:47, 14 July 2013 (EDT)
Wart's Room
"The unused-but-updated tomato from All-Stars is still here. Also, the onion, which was used in All-Stars, is no longer used in Wart's room." What is used then? --Cdudeiscool (talk) 21:17, 28 June 2014 (EDT)
I Think I've Discovered an Unused Item Behavior
So, when I was a little girl, I discovered this glitch in Super Mario Advance (because I spent way too much time playing it!), and after spending some time around here (and after making this video), I realized this may be an unused behavior on this item, as it clearly has programming for what to do when it comes into contact with certain things (and other things it seems to not even realize they are there), but this would never be seen in normal gameplay as this item is not supposed to leave the vase! Not shown in this video is that if it gets stuck in quicksand, you can pick it up again, which also would be unused because normally it cannot be picked up again once you've tossed it. I lack the techincal know-how to look into this further than what I can see/do without doing anything special, so I thought I'd bring it up here so that someone who knows a bit more how to look into something like this can give a better look. I hope I found something useful! --FlutterBug (talk) 16:10, 11 October 2015 (EDT)
- I know this is REALLY late, but I do think you've found something interesting! I've never played Super Mario Advance, but it certainly seems like a glitch to me. Why this hasn't been added yet is a mystery. Hmm. Maybe I can move it onto the page? -- FanOfRosalina2007 (talk) 20:13, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
- Not sure if this really qualifies as unused behavior. Rather, it appears to be a side-effect of how the Spark Chaser/faceball is coded. As far as I can tell from the video, the faceball just seems to defeat any sprite that can be harmed by a normal Veggie. Pullable grass is programmed in as a terrain object, and the faceball simply circles around any terrain tile that isn't a blank(air) tile. It transforms into a Yoshi egg outside because rooms have a limited number of rotating sprite graphics in them, and it was never meant to appear outside a vase. --Mattrizzle (talk) 22:05, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, this isn't unused behavior. ReyVGM (talk) 22:12, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
- Oh, sorry. At least I hadn't moved it yet! Thanks! -- FanOfRosalina2007 (talk) 23:06, 24 August 2024 (UTC)
Bricks
There are two 8x8 tiles that when pieced together form a bricks pattern, like those from NES SMB2. Can anyone confirm if this is unused or not? -User:SuperArthurBros
World 5-2 Oddity
The second jar of world 5-2 contains an unusual enemy that appears nowhere else in the game. It is a light blue blob that stays in one place, expanding and contracting vertically. Touching it damages the player the same as touching a normal enemy, but it cannot be defeated without using a starman. This object does not appear in any NES or SNES version of the game. -User:Klondike Kat
