Hmmm...
To do:

Worms enters the third dimension with Worms 3D, sparking a lot of debate among fans on how much the jump fits the franchise. A lot of the game's flaws would later be fixed with Worms 4: Mayhem.

Unused Graphics

All of the game's graphics can be found in ZIPDAT.ZIP.

E3 Demo 2003 Leftovers

These were inside the "Logos" folder of the game. Interestingly, they seem to be related to an earlier build of the game, specifically the E3 Demo 2003 build, judging by the text on the loading screen and the flag graphic. Note that there is a graphic depicting a title screen, which the final version doesn't have (at least until the PC version).

water2.tga

The water texture has an alpha channel unseen in-game that reads "SOME THING".

GCMemcard.tga

In the US PlayStation 2 version is GcMemcard.tga, which appears to be crudely drawn numbers representing animation frames of the memory card icon.

Regional Differences

Appropriately, the Acclaim logo is replaced with a Sega logo in the European version due to the change in publishers.

The European version is given an actual title screen! The US version immediately leads the player to the main menu after the Team17 logo.
