Hmmm...
To do:
Find out developer and release info - I've tried finding it, but it appears that has been lost to time.

In this strange amalgamation of What's New and the episodes of yore, the gang has been kidnapped by the Swamp Witch, and now it's up to Scooby and Shaggy to save them in the outskirts of the bayou.

Unseen Text

Decompiling the game using CastRipperTool reveals several strings of internal text that normally go unseen. While these appear to be used by the game as scripts, there are some that are of note.

The game never actually prompts you to press Shift at any point.

<body bgcolor="#AAAAAA">
<font size=2 color="#FFFFFF"><p align="center">
PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE</font></body>
</html>

This is an HTML file that defines a simple webpage that reads "PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE". Of note is the wording: the actual game uses "PRESS ANY KEY TO START".

This is hosted in the "sharedMedia" folder where the title screen resides. According to Members.csv, the text is positioned at (0,0), making this unseen.

Obscured Graphics

Several placeholder squares and circles of varying colors are present in the game's graphics.

The majority of the game's graphics are indeed vectors. Unfortunately, due to Shockwave's hardcoded resolution nature and at the scale they're displayed, most of their detail ends up unintelligible in-game.
