Scooby-Doo! Classic Creep Capers |
---|
Developer: Digital Eclipse[1] This game has a hidden developer message. |
Scooby-Doo! Classic Creep Capers is a game based on the popular Hanna-Barbera franchise.
Error Handler
If the game unexpectedly calls the 0x0000 script ID, the game shows this message instead of crashing:
I am a bad guy in the story. But right now, I've come to save you. You see, there was a GUE error. Somehow or another, GUE has called a NULL pointer, and that's just not good. Ta ta.
Unused Alternate Cutscene
While the normal climactic cutscene reveals the face of the main bad guy, present in a neighboring unused script is a version where the true perpetrators are revealed - the game's developers.
This script is accessible under ID 0x7092. To trigger it, at ROM offset 0x3EB0 change
03 07 0B 02 09 00 7F 55
to
00 00 00 00 00 00 92 70
...then go to the "Enter Password" screen and use a password consisting of the first character repeated six times.
