Tom vs. Jerry: The Chase is On! was the planned sequel to the SNES Tom & Jerry game, even being called "Tom & Jerry 2" in some previews.
Two prototypes were released on April 20, 2019 by drx. This page covers the later one, dated April 28, 1995.

Press Y, X, B, X, B, A at the title screen. "START LEVEL JERRY STRIKES BACK" will appear if successful.
With the code enabled, you can also press Select + Start during gameplay to skip to the next level.
