Tom vs. Jerry: The Chase is On! was the planned sequel to the SNES Tom & Jerry game, even being called "Tom & Jerry 2" in some previews.
Two prototypes were released on April 20, 2019 by drx. This page covers the later build, dated April 28, 1995.

Level Select/Skip
Press Y, X, B, X, B, A at the title screen. "START LEVEL JERRY STRIKES BACK" will appear if successful.
With the code enabled, you can also press Select + Start during gameplay to skip to the next level.
