At the difficulty selection screen, hold II and press Run.
Bonk Drawing
At the bonus games menu, highlight Exit and press II + Run. You'll be taken to the animation of Bonk being drawn and colorized that appears before the credits.

Right before the credits, there's an animation of Bonk being drawn on the screen. As this is happening, karaoke lyrics appear on the screen in the Japanese version. In the US version, the lyrics were removed.
