Dash and Catch is one of the many Flash crossover games that were released on the Kids' WB (the revived version) site. The game mainly focuses on Warner Bros. and Hanna-Barbera villains (with the sole exception of Fred Flintstone) playing a fine game of dodgeball.
Unused Graphics
A circle saying "bg". Probably meant for backgrounds.

A mockup of what the game would've looked like is also present in the .swf file. The mockup has many differences from the final game, such as the dodgeball originally being a basketball.
Hidden Instructions Graphics
Hidden off-screen in the instructions screen are misaligned versions of the A and S keyboard buttons, alongside what seems to be a power bar.
Unseen Details
The character art in the title screen and character selection screen actually have more details (such as Elmer Fudd's arm) that are otherwise hidden.
