We could only wish we were playing this right now... maybe...
This game was never completed and/or given a public release.
As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually reached store shelves.
So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

The Genesis Ninja Gaiden is a beat-'em-up loosely based on the arcade game. Glitches aside, it's rather lackluster overall, which could've been why it was cancelled.

Hmmm...
To do:
The Spriters Resource mentions a few unused graphic tiles.

Level Select Cheats

When you pause the game, the number of the current area will appear in place of the timer. Press Left or Right to select an area and press A to go there.

Alternatively, press C with the game paused to skip to the next area. This will also play the end-of-round cutscene if applicable.

Incomplete Music

The ending song cannot normally be heard in its entirety, as the game cuts to the Sega logo about 15 seconds before it ends. It also has a loop, even though the ending never gets to that point.
