Two prototypes of the PlayStation version of 3D Lemmings were released by Hidden Palace on March 20, 2021 as part of Project Deluge.
August 8th, 1995
This prototype is documented on Hidden Palace.
A build from August 8th, 1995, about a month before the final PAL build.

- The FMV logos are unskippable.

Differences
- The "Presents in Association With" and "Featuring" screens instead display a bunch of blue bars.
- The "Distributed by SCEA" screen isn't displayed.
- The 3D Lemmings logo lacks a trademark, much like in the August 8th build.
- The title screen lacks a trademark as well.
- There are no control symbols at the bottom of the menus.
