Dialog normally appears at the beginning and end of each level, but there are some unused pieces that were intended to be used during missions:

In the ROM, each row of dialog contains up to 3 segments of 23 characters (except for the third segment, which is 22), and space padded. The examples above have an extra space between rows for clarity, but is otherwise identical to the raw text dump.
