Document the demo disc, which still contains elements from the arcade version. Also document any TXR0 leftovers, such as intro cameras.

A game that started it all. This game was a port of the first Wangan Midnight arcade game by Namco (often referred by the title of its revision, Wangan Midnight R, to avoid confusion with other Wangan Midnight games and the series as a whole), who was not involved in the console release (apart from a "special thanks" credit) and shares assets/codebase from Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero.

Apply the below code to re-enable this debug menu. With the code active, while the opening movie is playing, press and hold Start button to enable the menu.

For TESTMODE, almost none of the options work since it's hardcoded to the arcade version of the game (additionally, the RUF RCT is not referenced in the bookkeeping menu as it was never a playable car in that version, and the menu will always warn about a dead internal battery).
