Unused Graphics

Unlimited Darts button

Bloons2 iOS unlimited darts toggle.png
Sprites for the Unlimited Darts button with both toggles for on and off can be found in the game files, despite the powerup itself never making appearance on the mobile version.

Level Editor sprites

There are sprites and other files referring to the possible inclusion of a level editor feature to the game. However, for similar reasons to the Unlimited Darts powerup, it got cut due to limited development time and the game's poor commercial success.

Revisional Differences

Elementary, my dear Cactus.
This needs some investigation.
Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page.
Specifically: Does the Android version show the Miniclip screen before or after the Digital Goldfish screen?

The iOS and Android releases have a number of notable differences. They are generally seen on their title screens.

  • There is no promotional art or link for Bloons TD 5 on Android.
  • The Android version has "Rate Bloons 2" in place of where "High Scores" otherwise would be, as the Android version does not have a leaderboards system.
  • As Miniclip is the publisher of the Android version, there is an additional splash screen for Miniclip. The More Games button also opens Miniclip's website instead of Digital Goldfish's.
