Hmmm...
To do:
It probably makes sense to replace the code editor images with code blocks, or just literally anything else

Just Dance 2022 is the thirteenth game in the dance game series by Ubisoft.

Unused Songs

Break My Heart

Break My Heart by Dua Lipa was intended to be featured on the game but was cut for unknown reasons. Its normal and golden avatars can still be found in the files

It eventually was added to Just Dance Unlimited on July 12, 2022. [1]

Call On Me

A song with the codename CallOnMe can be found in the files. According to the big leak in early 2023, it turned out to be the Eric Prydz song. The coach for this is very similar to You Can Dance besides the color scheme, considering that at one point, the latter routine was originally going to be the former song. [2]

Drivers License

A song with the codename DriversLicense can be found in the files, which refers to Drivers License by Olivia Rodrigo (even though the artist name isn't mentioned anywhere in the files). [2]

The song was later featured in Just Dance 2023 Edition however.

Follow The White Rabbit

Follow The White Rabbit by Madison Beer can be found in the files of the game. The avatars were uploaded to the Just Dance Unlimited servers on the launch day of the game.

It eventually was added to Just Dance Unlimited on March 31, 2022. [3]

Hello

A song with the codename Hello can be found in the files.

Malibu

Malibu by Kim Petras can be found in the files of the game. Its avatars were uploaded to the Just Dance Unlimited server on the launch day of the game.

It eventually was added to Just Dance Unlimited on July 7, 2022. [4]

Unused Playlist Icons

  • There is an unused version of the "Enchanting Dances" playlist icon, in which Buttons (P2) takes the place of Judas.
  • There is an unused version of the "Marathon" playlist icon, in which Buttons (P2) takes the place of Rock Your Body.

Unused Pictograms

I'm Outta Love

There are four pictograms that are most likely intended to be the beginning of the routine. They are absent in the final game however.

Think About Things

A pictogram for the intro move exists in the files, but however, it goes unused.

Codename Oddities

These codenames are different than the song titles itself in the files. Any song titles with punctuation and spaces that perfectly matches the codename without these will not be included in there.

Song Title Codename Notes
Black Mamba BlackMam The "ba" part at the end of its codename is absent due the codename BlackMamba was already used for Let Me Love You, a UPlay unlockable routine in Just Dance 2017.
Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels NailsHips
Stop Drop Roll StopDropAndRoll The word "and" was added between the words "Drop" and "Roll.
My Way Reebok Named after what brand this routine is this based upon.
Poster Girl Siargo Considering the the fact it has a completely different codename, the routine was most likely recorded before the song was released.
Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) TGIF For some reason, it is apparently named after what's in the parentheses in the song title rather than being codenamed "LastFridayNight".
Run The World (Girls) WhoRun Named after the lyrics in the chorus
