Unused sound system

The code for SkiFree contains functionality to load .WAV resources and a commandline switch ("nosound") to disable sound effects, but since the EXE doesn't contain any sound resources, no sound is played in the game. The game attempts to load 9 sounds and trigger them at specific points in the game.
