Hidden Passwords

There are only six generic passwords in the game, which normally accesses Acts 4 and 8 for each difficulty level. However, there are passwords for every stage on any difficulty level, including the bosses and bonus levels.

Enter one of the following passwords, press Start to return back to the main menu, choose the difficulty level or other options, then select "GAME" to begin with the desired level:

is located at 0xx124E1. Above it is the text string for rescuing the Smurfs which is then followed by the other Smurfs you rescue in the game, making it likely that you were supposed to see the text confirming Smurfette's rescue. Instead, the game skips straight to the ending.
