The DS GoldenEye 007 is a downgraded port of the Wii version. Neither was developed by Rare due to being owned by Microsoft, which also made it impossible to do a proper re-release/remake of the stellar Nintendo 64 original.

Model Viewer

Use the Action Replay code 02155EC4 02155ED4 (USA/Europe) to have a model/animation viewer appear upon startup.




  • Start: Display additional model information, such as polygon/vertice/texture counters.

Main Menu (model viewer)

  • Up/Down: Change model ID
  • Left/Right: Change LOD model, if available
  • A: Go to the animation viewer
  • B: Resets the selected model ID number
  • X: Toggle model stack usage

Animation Viewer

  • Up/Down: Change current animation
  • A: Go to the camera mode
  • B: Return to the main menu

Camera Mode

  • X/B: Zoom in/out
  • D-Pad: Rotate camera
  • L/R: Move camera up and down
  • A/Y: Should change the animation's speed, but it doesn't work.
  • Select: Return to the main menu
