Additionally, there's a leftover copy of the same file, game.ini~, presumably generated automatically by whatever Treyarch used for text editing. This version has some minor differences, with debug features like SHOW_FPS, SHOW_STREAMER_INFO, SHOW_DEBUG_TEXT, SHOW_DEBUG_MESSAGE and SHOW_DEBUG_INFO enabled.

The European version's game.ini is almost identical to the ~ version on the US disc. The SKU field is adjusted from DOL-GK2E to DOL-GK2P (standard Nintendo region naming), but it is otherwise the same, including all of the debug features being enabled.
