British company founded by former Codemasters programmers that mostly worked on licensed kids' games and low-budget sequels to well-known game franchises. Most of their titles suffer from... inconsistent quality to say the least, not to mention their constantly recycled game engine made in-house.
They ceased trading operations and closed down in 2013 as licensed games started to disappear on consoles and they didn't have enough money to fund their own original projects.
