So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?
Hmmm...
To do:
  • Access the data.bin archive.
  • Add graphics, text...anything like that.
  • Look for a build date/time like what the other games have.
  • There might be some leftover SFX from the regular games in the sound archive that isn't used in any of the opening/closing cinematics in the "Secret" section.

Gyakuten Saiban Jiten is less so an actual game than it is an interactive encyclopedia, allowing one to read about the original Gyakuten Saiban games (including the Gyakuten Saiban: Yomigaeru Gyakuten enhanced DS port) and their cases, view sprites and animations (even ones cut from the main entries!), watch cinematics, and listen to music.

It came bundled with a limited edition version of Gyakuten Saiban 4, and all in all is largely useless as reading material if you don't understand Japanese.

Test Sequence

sound_data.sdat's SSEQ folder contains the sequence "SOUNDTEST", stored between the last sequence for the BGM and the first sequence for the sound effects, which is a rather grating ringing noise used for testing the game's audio.
