This cactus is UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This article is a work in progress.
...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes.
Hmmm...
To do:
  • Remnants of the campaign mode.
  • Screenshot of the Gunsmith menu.

A shoestring budget and (at the time) decade old hardware can make a very ugly port. Compared to the other releases, it lacked the campaign, many cosmetic features and only got one DLC pack (and The Giant map). But at least it has "last-gen" Richtofen.

Gunsmith

It is possible to open the Gunsmith menu. Clicking "Confirm" crashes the game due to missing files. From what can be seen in the background, it is littered with missing icons, so most likely it was never finished.

Unused Weapons

M27

The M27 is used as a dummy "weapon" for Specialist abilities if the player equips them as a weapon. Also exists in the eighth-gen and PC versions.

Base Weapon

A solid pink version of Black Ops 2's M27. The seventh-gen port uses a significantly lower-polygon version of the eighth-gen/PC version's weapon. It has no sounds.

Unused Game Mode

One in the Chamber, a game mode from Black Ops I and II was going to return in Black Ops III. It works like the previous games, however there's a few bugs:

  • The game doesn't end when everyone is dead and everyone is forced to spectate until the time runs out.
  • Missing shots don't replenish.
  • The game has trouble registering scores.

Create-A-Class icons

The War Machine and Annihilator have Create-A-Class icons. These would be used in the campaign, however, this port does not have a campaign mode, making these unused.
