This page details one or more prototype versions of LittleBigPlanet 3 (PlayStation 3).

LittleBigPlanet 3 had a pretty rough development cycle compared to previous LittleBigPlanet games. Through a combination of constant shifts in direction, relative inexperience with Media Molecule's proprietary game engine, and the rush to port said engine to the then-new PlayStation 4 in time for the holidays, countless assets and features were changed, reworked or removed entirely throughout its development.

Over the years, several prototypes have been discovered and released onto the internet. Most of these span the final 14 months of development, providing insight into how much the game changed during this time.
