Present among the September 2020 Nintendo leak were two iQue localization builds of Paper Airplane Chase, using the European version as a base.

Neither build has the "Only for iQue DS" screen or iQue's contact numbers. Both builds have a credit for Phoenix Publishing & Media Inc., which was removed from the final.

Both builds use the European manual, albeit with a different font.

On the iQue screen, you have to press A to continue.
