Debug Leftovers

Game Genie code NNSYEYAE re-enables a couple of debug features.

At the title screen:

• Hold A and press Start to enable free walk mode during the game.
• Hold B and press Start to obtain 65535 of gold, all items, and other stuff.
• Hold A + B and press Start to combine both effects.

During the game:

• Hold B and press Select to warp to the next location.

In the main menu during the game (press Select to enter):

• Press Start to instantly increase the player's level. Going above Level 24 will cause all calculated parameters of the character to go wrong.
