As a launch title for the Game Boy Advance, Castlevania: Circle of the Moon was one of the more impressive games for the system despite some clunky design.

For whatever reason the subtitle was omitted in Europe, resulting into some unneeded confusion. Thank you Konami.

Unused Music

At offset 002F2B74 is a simplistic rendition of the stage clear jingle from Super Castlevania IV (which itself is a short segment of "Theme of Simon Belmont"). Its purpose is unknown.


Regional Differences

The EXP required for level ups was increased by 20% in non-Japanese releases.
