Evidently, Junior was supposed to appear at some point. These sprites aren't from Donkey Kong Jr. - they're brand new.

Flower

I think this flower will do just fine without Stanley.
What's either a fourth stage of the flower's growth, or a different design entirely. Not only was this design used as the basis for the level counter (This changes everything!), but it looks a bit like a Fire Flower.
