Intro_OLD.thp

movies\NGC\Intro_OLD.thp in the GameCube version is an early version of the game's intro. The main differences are a temporary title card and logos at the beginning instead of Pac-Man being chased by a ghost.

Unused Audio

FMV01_48kHzAudio.wav.adp

streams\FMV01_48kHzAudio.wav.adp in the GameCube version is an audio file with scratch track dialogue from Snoopy vs. The Red Baron, another game by Smart Bomb Interactive. (Please note that the original audio had long pauses of silence.)

ArcticIc.wav.adp

streams\ArcticIc.wav.adp in the GameCube version is an early track for the Arctic Iceberg course. Unlike the final music, and every other music track in the game, it's rather short, and fades out at the end, instead of just stopping abruptly.

Unused Graphics

Gamecube Alpha Textures

Some Alpha textures in the Gamecube version use 2 separate textures, 1 opaque and 1 greyscale that are combined to create an alpha effect. In the opaque minimap textures some scale and coordinate information can be seen:

The Ghost Mansion & Lunar Launch Minimaps also appear in their respective arena files. However, they are not seen.

Unused Text

bsfile in the root of the GameCube version directory says this.

This file is use so that the dvd status can correctly be polled.
DVDGetStatus will not return errors unless actual commands are being processed.
This file is being streamed every 500ms so that our dvd error messages are consitent.
