Street Fighter II MOVIE (or "Movie Street Fighter II" if the logo is read like the ones of Super and Super Turbo) is an FMV simulation game (marketed as an "interactive movie") for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn loosely based on the 1994 animated Street Fighter II film. At least this game's training segments and the final fight with Ryu include the 1-vs-1 fighting gameplay used in the Street Fighter II games, likely due to using the engine of Super Turbo.

While not released outside Japan, it had been shown off at E3 1995 as "Street Fighter II: The Interactive Movie", suggesting that Capcom once had plans to release it elsewhere.
