SimCity DS is a smaller side game released for the Nintendo DS based on SimCity 3000, with some notable features not present and edited to add the touch screen capabilities.

Thief

The thief looks like the advisor from Theme Park, as EA owned Bullfrog at the time, meaning Bullfrog may have had dot artists helped make the sprite for the game.
