Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster is an outsourced remaster of the original to keep fans busy until Shin Megami Tensei V released later on. It now features voice acting, improved graphics, and quality-of-life improvements, but has a worse localization along with slowdowns and crashes which weren't present in the original game.
Regardless, it's still debatable if the remaster is better purely for the quality-of-life improvements in terms of gameplay.
