Island Xtreme Stunts was the third and final installment (as well as Silicon Dreams' last game overall) of the LEGO Island video game series. It was released in late 2002 as a crossover game of two different LEGO themes: Island Xtreme Stunts and Studios. Its gameplay is similar to its predecessors and patches many of the issues with its previous LEGO Island game developed by Silicon Dreams, LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge.
