Island Xtreme Stunts was the third and final installment of the LEGO Island video game series. It was released in late 2002 as a crossover game of two different LEGO themes: Island Xtreme Stunts and Studios. Its gameplay is similar to its predecessors and even patches all the issues with its previous LEGO Island game developed by Silicon Dreams, LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge.

This version has a cheat mode and a cheat menu.
