- Storage space is increased from 1,000 Pokémon to 1,500.
- The level cap is increased to 26.
- All Pokémon forms introduced in Platinum (Giratina Origin form, Shaymin Sky form, Rotom appliance forms) are added, and can be seen by depositing the corresponding Pokémon while in said form.
- 11 new toys and 3 new Club Look See members are added.
- All Club Look See ranches can now be revisited at any time.
- A menu option to change the music is added.
- 12 new animations are added.
- Photos stored on an SD card inserted into the Wii can now be added in bulk rather than individually. Additionally, the photo storage space is increased from 20 to 30.
