This game is defunct.
Do note the game no longer works at all without modifications. This is most likely due to the game's servers being shut down. As a result, further official developments with the game are unlikely to happen.

Sonic Runners was a runner game featuring Sonic, in which the goal was to dash through levels at blazing fast speeds and collect as many goodies as possible. While the soft launch in Japan and Canada was well received, the international launch was anything but with bugs that weren't present in the soft launch, a roulette mechanic that many likened to gambling, an update that nerfed scoring and another update that would sabotage player's attempts if they ran for long enough. This ultimately led to the game dying just a year after launch, though some fans have tried to bring it back.

Early Game Music

In the game's file downloads, there were three early versions of songs that were used in the game. By the end of the game's lifespan, the early versions had been removed.
